Eligibility Criteria 

1) Flying Branch

(198 15/SSC/M) Age: 19 to 23 years as on 01st July, 2014 (born between 02nd July, 1992 to 01st July, 1996) both dates inclusive Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (Indian) is relaxable upto 25 years (born between 02nd July, 1990 to 01st July, 1996) both dates inclusive Educational Qualifications: Graduates (minimum 3 years degree course) in any discipline from a recognized university who have attained minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or B.E./B.Tech degree (4 year course) from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together Candidates who have failed the Pilot Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) in an earlier attempt or a Flight Cadet suspended from flying training at Air Force Academy will not be eligible to apply 

2) Technical Branch

 (197/15T/ SSC/M Courses) Age: 18 to 28 years as on 01st July, 2015 (born between 02nd July, 1987 to 01st July, 1997) both dates inclusive 

Aeronautical Engineer (Mechanical) AE (M):

 Candidates applying for AE (M) branch would be eligible if they have undergone a minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized university or cleared Section A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India by actual studies All candidates applying for AE (M) branch should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together .

Aeronautical Engineer (Electronics) AE (L): 


Candidates applying for AE (L) branch would be eligible if they have undergone a minimum of four year degree qualification from a recognized university or cleared Sections A and B examination of Associate membership examination of the institute of electronics and telecommunication engineers by actual studies All candidates applying for AE (L) branch should have scored a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together .

3) Ground Duty Branch (197/15G/PCM and 197/15G/SSC/M Courses):

 Age: (As on 01st July 2015) 

For Graduate: 20 to 23 years (age limit); 02nd July 1992 to 01st July 1995; Born between (both dates inclusive) 

For Post Graduate/LLB (Five years integrated course): 20 to 25 years (age limit); 02nd July 1990 to 01st July 1995; born between (both dates inclusive) 

For LLB (Three years course after Graduation): 20 to 26 years (age limit); 02nd July 1889 to 01st July 1995; Born between (both dates inclusive) 

Accounts: Graduate Degree in Commerce (B.Com) (Minimum three year degree course) with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all papers put together or Post Graduate Degree in Commerce (M.Com) / CA/ICWA .

Administration and Logistics: Graduate Degree (Minimum three years degree course) in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate of all papers put together or a Pass Graduate Degree / equivalent Diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate of all papers .
